Sunday November 10, 2013, Braganca Paulista, Race colonel Mangolin, the race to be remembered in various aspects, know personally the colonel Mangolin, new friends, and a calf injury to be treated in 2 weeks to get running the next race day 23 November in São Bento do Sapucaí. 3km very good of a high yield and more 5km of pure grit and willingness to finish the proof.

October 13, 2013 - Taquaral Park - Training

This Sunday day i didn't participated in any run, but make some training only to maintain the frequency. The next race is Unicamp (Campinas University) in next sunday. good luck for all racers.

New day, new run, new friends in this passion that is street run. Integração Run is one of the most mainly run for Campinas and neither rain cause trouble for us. Saturday Night, night to go to Disco? go to Bar ? drink some Beer. NNNOOOOOOO, night to run, once more no day but night to get tennis and go run one of best run in Campinas, Fila Night Run, nice route, good people.

My time wasn't good, but this show me that i need to pratice more, not someday, but all day.
